    I randomly came across Reo Technology when trying to find a company who could help with my Kindle Keyboard screen repair. I had already attempted to change the screen myself but failed.
    I had found other companies offering the same service at Reo but at much more inflated prices. Reo was offering a quick turnaround for what I considered to be a reasonable price. I sent it off, and within a day of it arriving Chris got in touch due to an issue with my return address. I had put my old postcode on the paperwork which thankfully Chris spotted. Big relief!
    The kindle came back with a fully working screen which I am absolutely thrilled with. Thank you Chris and the team for restoring my old and much loved Kindle.

    Easily one of the best use of my money in recent times, my Kindle 3G which has been dead since 2013 or so is now back in action. With the new-ish battery that Chris has put in it to replace the dead one, it feels like new! I couldn't have been more satisfied!

    I commend Reo Technology for the work they have carried out for me this week. A few days ago, the screen on my Kindle Keyboard EReader (3rd gen) failed after nine years of daily service. “Get a new one!” I was advised. However, I was convinced that repair rather than replace was the answer. But how? Having found Reo Tech here and on eBAY I posted my Kindle and received it back the next working day after receipt. It’s perfect… just as it was when I bought it in 2011. Sincere thanks to Chris and his team.

    Contacted REO technology regarding a broken screen on a kids kidle fire 7, Chris recommended I contacted Amazon direct if it was under a two year warranty as the screen was covered ( John Lewis who we purchased it from said it wasn't ) . Three days later received a brand new kids kidle fire 7 direct from Amazon. Cannot thank Chris enough for his advice.

    I broke my kindle keyboard years ago and rang up Chris to ask for pricing. He asked me if I wanted a customised kindle built for me which would have a white front, grey back and grey buttons (which looks incredible!). I sent him the money and it arrived within one day! I’ve had no issues with my new kindle and I would recommend Chris to anyone as he knew exactly what I wanted and was very friendly! All in all very impressed!

    Have just received my kindle back with the broken screen mended and the kindle working perfectly. I sent it on Tues 26th Sept and it river today Thurs 28th Sept which is a great turn round time. The cost is nearly a new Kindle but I have a keyboard kindle with a quality case and attached light which has worked well for 6 years and is easy to use. Also why add to landfill? Thank you so much for wonderful service. Speedy and reliable. Well recommended.

    The 5 way toggle button on my Kindle DX disintegrated. I spoke with Amazon staff in the US and they referred me to their re conditioned devices. Then I discovered REO Technology. They were able to

    Posted Wednesday afternoon and returned with screen repaired in full working order Friday morning. How efficient is that. Had borrowed a kindle from a friend and accidentally stood on it. A 40th
    birthday present, so what a relief when we were able to have it repaired. First class service.

Simply fantastic. Kindle discussed, repaired and returned within one week. Screen was broken. Now good as new. Can't recommend Reo Tech highly enough but am loathe to do so as he may be too busy to help me in the future. No praise too good for this company.
